Kim E. Hoffman
CEO / Owner
Kim is the CEO and owner of Seminole Exchange. Prior to launching Seminole Exchange, she built a thriving valet and transportation business that, over a ten-year period, provided a broad range of services for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Her company set up and maintained high volume valet services for the tribe’s Hard Rock Casinos.
Kim has assembled a winning team of experienced management professionals to oversee Seminole Exchange operations and build the country’s leading provider of high volume valet and transportation services. Her passion for exceptional customer service and vision for Seminole Exchange is evident in her leadership style. Her record of providing winning valet solutions has earned her profound respect among her customers and constituents.
Michael T. Stewart
Chief Operating Officer
An accomplished hotel and casino transportation expert, Mr. Stewart carries a legacy of almost 30 years experience in the industry. From directing Atlantic City Grand Openings to designing and administrating major transportation operations, Mr. Stewart has skillfully provided oversight for the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Casino in Connecticut, and both the Seminole Hard Rock Casinos and Mardi Gras Casino in southern Florida. Operating as a transportation consultant at the Atlantis Casino in the Bahamas, Mr. Stewart introduced unique valet systems that streamlined parking operational procedures.
Shelley C. McCabe
VP of Sales and Marketing
Shelley brings a key vision for growth to Seminole Exchange. She has over ten years of securities industry experience as an Investment Manager, Financial Consultant, and Sales Associate. Prior to joining the Seminole Exchange team, Shelley worked with Stifel Nicolaus & Co. where she earned a top-tier brokerage ranking for assets under management. Her success comes from innovative marketing and business development techniques. Shelley excels at providing excellent customer service as a result from her close relationships with high net worth individuals.
Jack F. Horan
Vice President of Transportation Operations
Bringing 18 years of resort hotel and casino industry experience to the table, Mr. Horan specializes in working with vice-presidents, presidents and CEO-level executives. Mr. Horan’s history in hotel operations affords valuable insight and knowledge into the world of guest services, resulting in a deep understanding of customer experience and a superior level of hospitality.
Tammy M. Longo
Executive Director of Human Resources
A longtime executive in transportation services and human resources, Ms. Longo has been active for 14 years in the industry. Ms. Longo has operated as a key figure in the opening and operation of both Phase One and Phase Two of the Foxwooods Resort and Casino, as well as the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos. Ms. Longo is currently certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources with the Human Resources Cerificate Institute and is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management.
Troy J. Mason
Executive Director of Finance and Risk Management
Mr. Mason is a seasoned veteran of the transportation and finance/risk management industries. Mr. Mason’s 15 years of exceptional service have assisted in the underwriting and management of Hotel and Casino Grand Openings. Mr. Mason played a key role in the launching of valet operations at the opening of the Foxwoods Resort and Casino (Phase Two) and he managed the entire transportation department at the Mohegan Sun Casino (Phases One and Two) in Connecticut. Mr. Mason also managed valet operations at two Seminole Hard Rock Casinos in Florida.
